When we meet we will discuss what I offer, what your goals are and any other questions you may have.

If you would like to join we do a weight and body composition analysis on the day.

Good Vibes Fitness is a personal training gym designed for those who don't like using commercial gyms and who have fears and anxieties about them. It is a safe place for people to come and not feel like they are being looked at or being judged.

Circuit Training

This class is a mix of weight and cardio training.

It will help build muscle mass, bone strength and burn calories.

The class is 30 minutes and will consist of doing work on ten stations three times.
