Legs, Bums & Tums

This class is ideal for anyone looking to firm up all of these areas as well as burn off calories. This class is 30 minutes and involves a range of standing and lying exercises so you will need to be able to move quickly for one position to the other.

It is a great way to get fit, meet new people and have a laugh alone the way.

High Intensity Cardio Circuit Training

This class is ideal for anyone looking to burn calories, improve your cardiovascular fitness and lung function.

This is a fast paced class using a range of cardio machines with the aim to get your pulse racing and burning fat.

The class is 45 minutes and you will use a range of machines such as the rowing machine, bike, crosstrainer, assult bike and a ski machine.

This is a great way to get fit, meet new people and have fun along the way.

Core Strength & Sculpt

This class is 30 minutes and is all floor work aimed at strengthening and defining your core(stomach) area.

Strong core muscles maintain your balance, help you avoid awkward movement, and prevent unwanted strains or sprains. They also allow your body to transfer force and stress through your muscles rather than your spine, which significantly reduces your risk for back pain.

There is no membership required but when you do classes with me I consider you part of the Good Vibes Fitness Family

No. You just need to be able to move at a relatively fast pace as some of the classes are fast paced and require you to be able to move from machine to machine or up and down from the floor.

The aim of all of the classes to help you get fitter.

Every class is unique and the type of class you do depends on what you are looking to get out of it.

Strength & Conditioning - Full body workout

Core - Strengthening and defining your core area

Cardio Circuits - Fat loss, increased muscle mass, increased cardiovascular fitness and lung capacity

Legs, Bums & Tums - Strengthening and toning all these areas.

Of course you can. In fact you can try all the classes for free for free so that you can decide what works best for you.
