Do I have to become a member to do the classes?
There is no membership required but when you do classes with me I consider you part of the Good Vibes Fitness Family
Do I need to be fit to take part in fitness class?
No. You just need to be able to move at a relatively fast pace as some of the classes are fast paced and require you to be able to move from machine to machine or up and down from the floor.
The aim of all of the classes to help you get fitter.
What class would suit me best?
Every class is unique and the type of class you do depends on what you are looking to get out of it.
Strength & Conditioning - Full body workout
Core - Strengthening and defining your core area
Cardio Circuits - Fat loss, increased muscle mass, increased cardiovascular fitness and lung capacity
Legs, Bums & Tums - Strengthening and toning all these areas.
Can I try a class a class for free?
Of course you can. In fact you can try all the classes for free for free so that you can decide what works best for you.
