Cardio Circuit Classes - Group Fitness - 45 minute class

If you are looking to lose weight, get stronger and improve your cardiovascular fitness then this is the class for you.

This class is designed work just about every muscle in your body especially the two most important ones which are your heart and lungs.

You will get the ultimate calorie burn using the rowing machine, cross trainer, bike, ski machine and treadmill.

The ability to move quickly is the only requirement as you will need to move from one machine to another.
